The aim is to save foot, avoid major amputation.

SAFE ANESTHESIA

Only safe anesthesia like regional or local blocks is given by experienced anesthetists. We try to avoid general anesthesia at any cost.

SPECIALIZED TEAM

We have a team of surgeon, physician, anesthetist, nurses, VAC technicians, and pedorthotists with special experience in diabetic foot management

EXACT DIAGNOSIS

We May use investigations like blood tests, Doppler(for Circulation, MRI, Culture Studies (to know nature of infection).

MODERN TECHNOLOGY

To avoid amputations, we may use modern technology like suction therapy (NPWT or VAC), Angioplasty and HBOT as appropriate.

SAVE SKIN

As much skin of foot is saved as possible to avoid need of a separate plastic surgeon. We fight for every millimeter of skin.
